A brief walkthrough of the online ordering process.

1. You select the Vision Fitness product of your choice by adding it to your shopping cart. You may add items to or remove items from your shopping cart.
2. When ready to checkout, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to log in to our online ecommerce system. Create a username and password if you are a new user. If you are a returning user, please log in using your existing access information.
3. Once logged in, provide your shipping and billing address information. Your shipping address MUST be the address that you wish to have the actual piece of fitness equipment, or small part, delivered to. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential, so you may purchase in confidence. Read our Privacy Policy for further details. All transactions take place over a secured SSL server
4. Select "Continue Purchase" to find the nearest authorized Vision Fitness Retailer to you. They will be providing the delivery and assembly of your Vision Fitness product in your home. Please note that if you are located more than 50 miles from the nearest authorized Vision Fitness retailer, you may incur additional delivery charges.
5. Review the pricing breakdown including the product price, local sales tax and delivery and assembly
   charge.
6. Click on the "Complete Purchase" button to finalize the transaction and to submit your order to us.
7. Once your order has been received, if you ordered a small part, your part will be shipped out the next business day via UPS Ground. If you ordered a piece of fitness equipment (Bike, Elliptical, Treadmill or Strength), you will be contacted by your local fitness retailer within 3 days of placing the order to set up a convenient time for delivery and assembly of the product in your home. If you have not been contacted by your local fitness retailer, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.335.4348.
8. Your local fitness retailer will deliver and assemble your new piece(s) of fitness equipment in your home at your convenience.
